3 Ingredient Biscuits

Yes, only 3 ingredients are needed to make these perfectly guilt free biscuits! I can honestly say that I've never made biscuits from scratch before, so I was a little nervous about trying this for the first time. I'm not really sure why I've never made them before. Perhaps I had it in my mind that they were supposed to be daily difficult and taxing. I've made plenty of other breads, rolls, cakes, etc... So why not biscuits?

These were super easy and I was entirely surprised and thrilled with how well they turned out! Especially considering that they only took 3 ingredients and about 10 minutes of preparing. That's it!...

Skinny Green Chile & Cheddar Corn Casserole

Corn casserole is one of those famous southern things. Though... oddly enough we never had it in my house when I was growing up. We always had cornbread. Not because we weren't fans of corn casserole or anything... we just always had cornbread instead, and I have no answer for 'why'.

Crock Pot 'Baked' Potatoes (With Skinny Pesto & Parmesan)

For the longest time, I never knew this little trick. You can fake-bake your potatoes in a slow cooker, and it's so super easy that it's pretty ridiculous!

I've been using this method for a while now, and it's definitely handy during the hotter spring/summer months when you don't want to boil the house up with turning your oven on. Plus, the potatoes can sit there and cook through the day leaving you not to h ave to worry with them at all...

Skinny Jalapeño Pimento Cheese

Skinny 7 Layer Tostadas
