These eggs combine the creamy, umami-rich magic of miso paste with the silky decadence of butter, delivering a flavor punch that’s both comforting and sophisticated.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 Tsp. Miso Paste
  • 3 Whole Large Eggs
  • Optional Toppings: Sesame Seeds, Green Onions, Red Pepper, Chili Crunch, Sriracha, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the 2 Tbsp. Butter and 1 Tsp. Miso Paste until well combined.
  2. Lightly coat a small skillet with non-stick spray and put half of the miso butter into the skillet. Melt the butter over medium heat until just starting to bubble.
  3. While the butter is melting, whisk your eggs in a small bowl with some salt and pepper.
  4. Once the miso butter is bubbling, add the eggs into the skillet and scramble until done and cooked through.
  5. When done, remove from the heat and serve with your choice of toppings to enjoy!
