This peanut butter and soy silken tofu combo isn’t just some quirky experiment—it’s a legit, tasty, and health-conscious alternative that belongs in your kitchen arsenal.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oz. Silken Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Coconut Aminos (Or reduced sodium soy sauce.)
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Gochugang
  • 1 Tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Brown Sugar Substitute
  • Optional Toppings: Chili Crunch, Sliced Green Onions, Peanuts, Coconut Aminos/Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Remove the 16 Oz. Silken Tofu from the container and cut in half. Place each half on a serving plate of their own.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the 2 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil, 2 Tsp. Coconut Aminos, 1 1/2 Tsp. Gochugang, 1 Tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar, and 1 Tsp. Brown Sugar Substitute.
  3. Divide the peanut butter and soy mixture evenly among the tofu.
  4. Top with any optional toppings you might like. I went with flakes of sea salt, Chili Crunch, Sliced Green Onions, Peanuts, Coconut Aminos/Soy Sauce, and Sesame Seeds.
