- 16 Oz. Silken Tofu
- 2 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 Tsp. Coconut Aminos (Or reduced sodium soy sauce.)
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Gochugang
- 1 Tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp. Brown Sugar Substitute
- Optional Toppings: Chili Crunch, Sliced Green Onions, Peanuts, Coconut Aminos/Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Remove the 16 Oz. Silken Tofu from the container and cut in half. Place each half on a serving plate of their own.
