Who knew that making your own homemade peanut butter cups could be so easy?!

Well, I did! I’ve made a few different versions in the past, but none of them were the classic peanut butter and chocolate. Being as I’m still sticking with that whole ‘keep it simple stupid’ mantra right now, I thought it was high time to make my own traditional peanut butter cups.

Simple Snack & Travel Boxes

The third and last box is the veggie snack box, which is full of fresh veggies including carrots, tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and zucchini. That’s all paired with a hummus. I used a local sunflower seed hummus, because it’s one of my new obsessions.Well, a lot of traveling happened this weekend and being as I’m trying to eat a more consciously while traveling, I thought I would try my hand at some travel-friendly snack boxes! Simple Wasa Cracker Snack

My fridge, just like most fridges right now, is stocked full of hard boiled bright colored eggs. With one of my little brothers coming into town this weekend from Colorado, I thought I would be a good sister and surprise him with food. That’s usually what I do for my guests. Shocking, I know. Banana Nut Granola

Banana nut bread has to be one of my most favorite things in the world to eat for breakfast. I honestly don’t make it enough, and haven’t made it in a good long while.
