Move over plain jane banana bread! There’s a new banana bread in town, and it goes by PBJ. That’s right, this banana bread is made with creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and a swirl of strawberry jam. It’s like banana bread and a PBJ had a baby! Who says you can’t have a PBJ for breakfast?

For being loaded up with all the PBJ favorites, this banana bread is made better-for-you in the best of ways! This banana bread is jazzed up with cinnamon and sugar and topped off with a crispy crunchy crumb that is out of this world delicious - if I do say so myself. The idea for this banana bread is actually based on the cinnamon toast cereal that we all know and love. I’ve had a box stocked away in my pantry for some time now since my daughter suddenly decided after a week of eating it that she now doesn’t like it.

So, what do you do to use up cereal? You use it in a crumb topping for banana bread, of course! And let me just say, this banana bread is the perfect combination of the two. A tasty banana bread and cinnamon cereal all in one bite together. The best of both worlds!…

Cookies & Cream Cinnamon Rolls

These homemade cinnamon rolls are as a delicious take on combining two things I love. Cinnamon rolls and chocolate sandwich cookies! Now, I’ll be the first to admit that the cinnamon roll turning brown-brown wasn’t my initial plan. I thought with adding some of the crushed up cookie bits that the dough would end up flecked with cookies. Instead it just gave it a light brown tinge and a light chocolate taste.

Skinny Baked Funfetti 'Cake Batter' Oatmeal

Back when I originally made this, my amazing little girl wass turning 4 years old the very next day and I could hardly believe how fast time was flying! Today, she’s a month into 10! One of her most favorite things in the world when she was little (and still is today) are sprinkles. Every year for her birthday I always try to come up with a 'sprinkle' heavy (funfetti) dish in her honor.

Cherry Pop-Tart Bundt Cake

Another day, another dessert! This sweet treat is a nod to Cherry Pop-Tarts with it’s light pink frosting, red sugar sprinkles, and cherry filling. It’s truly one of the most delicious cherry cakes that I’ve ever put in my mouth. And that’s saying a lot!
