3 Ingredient Biscuits

Yes, only 3 ingredients are needed to make these perfectly guilt free biscuits! I can honestly say that I've never made biscuits from scratch before, so I was a little nervous about trying this for the first time. I'm not really sure why I've never made them before. Perhaps I had it in my mind that they were supposed to be daily difficult and taxing. I've made plenty of other breads, rolls, cakes, etc... So why not biscuits?

These were super easy and I was entirely surprised and thrilled with how well they turned out! Especially considering that they only took 3 ingredients and about 10 minutes of preparing. That's it!...

Crock Pot Peaches & Cream Irish Oatmeal (Quicker)

I have really been in the mood for peaches lately. Perhaps I'm more ready for summer than I thought. In the summer, peaches have to be one of my most favorite things in the world to eat.

Chia seeds are full of health benefits. These amazing little seeds slow digestion, help prevent spikes in blood sugar for diabetics, are full of fiber, omega-3, calcium, manganese, protein, and so much more. They also help you feel fuller faster.

I use chia seeds in many things. I put them in a Chia Fresca to drink almost every day, and even use them in one of my favorite salad dressings! I've been wanting to make a chia pudding for a long while now, but somehow the timing just never quite worked out right...

Blueberry & Banana Melon Bowl

Skinny Mixed Berry Cobbler

A few weeks back I was sent a Wilton Armetale Casserole/Baker, at no charge to me, to try out and give my honest opinion on. Since today starts up March Madness, I wanted to do something inspired by Tailgating!

Skinny Eggs Florentine Breakfast Tacos

Breakfast is the one meal of the day that I tend skip most often. I think it's just... somehow easily lost in the shuffle of life and missed somewhere between getting up and ready or rushing around to get my little girl out the door and off to school.
