Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C. Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tsp. Dijon
  • 2 Tsp. 100% Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp. White Miso Paste
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the 1/4 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 C. Tahini, 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice, 1-2 Tbsp. Water, 2 Tsp. Dijon, 2 Tsp. 100% Maple Syrup, 1 Tsp. White Miso Paste, and Salt & Pepper to Taste together in a blender, food processor, or in the cup of an immersion blender.
  2. Enjoy right away or cover and store in the fridge for 3-5 days and until ready enjoy!
