Healthy Blender Brownies

I’ve made healthy brownies in the past, but never quite like this. These Healthy Blender Brownies take it to the next level with all the ingredients easily being tossed into a blender and purred down into a smooth batter that you then bake and enjoy. Yep. That’s it. No bowl required for this one. Just a blender (or food processor) and the baking dish.

I used quick oats in mine, but I think regular old-fashioned oats would work just as well in these brownies. They bake up into a light brownie that’s just fudge enough for my liking without being overly wet or dense. I’ve made blended oats in the past and they always turn out really well. Honestly, I’m not sure why I don’t make them more often than I do because they’re so simple, healthy, and easy to make. These Pineapple Upside-Down Blended & Baked Oats basically merge blended oats with a pineapple upside down cake. So you get to have your cake and eat it too.
