Two things are staple dinners in this house almost every week. And that’s tacos (on Tuesdays) and pizza! Yep. That’s right. I eat pizza. A lot of it too. Not a lot as in amount, but a lot as in often. I guess that’s what happens when you have a kid. Pizza and tacos.

I can put almost anything on a pizza crust and it’ll get eaten. And with St. Patrick’s day being a family favorite holiday, I thought now would be the best time to make a reuben inspired pizza! The BIG football game is upon us THIS weekend, y’all! My family and I are already busy making gamely spread plans. I decided though, that I need to have a practice run this weekend though to test out this new recipe. And it worked out so well that I just HAD to share it right away. I mean… how can you go wrong with a 3 ingredient wonder?

How can you go wrong with stuffed Jalapeños? Or cheese? Or bacon? The simple answer is… you can’t! These Jalapeños aren’t stuffed with any cheese though. Nope! I’ve got to be honest. I’ve been skipping out on breakfast for a while now. With school starting back up after the winter break and a terrible head cold running rampant through the house… There just hasn’t been enough time in the day to fuss with breakfast. And the whole point of breakfast is just that… to break-the-fast of the night of sleeping.
