A Fall favorite of pumpkin spice paired with refrigerated cinnamon rolls makes this breakfast treat a quick and easy treat that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 (17.5 Oz.) Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 C. Cream
  • 2 C. Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 C. Brown Sugar Stevia Blend
  • 1 Stick (1/2 C.) Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat a 13x9" baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
  2. Set the 2 (17.5 Oz.) Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls into a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour the 1 C. Cream in around the cinnamon rolls; set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the 2 C. Pumpkin Puree, 3/4 C. Brown Sugar Stevia Blend, 1 Stick Melted Butter,, 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract, and 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture out over the cinnamon rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and place the dish in the oven to bake for 45-55 minutes or until all the liquid is soaked up and the cinnamon rolls are cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and top with icing if desired. Enjoy right away.
