Skinny Greek Feta Dip

Rich. Creamy. Tangy. Light. Brilliant.

Spring is in the air. No lie. It was 86 degrees F here just yesterday. My favorite thing about this time of year? Lemons! Oh, lemons... they make me so happy. I don't think there is another fruit out there that is more bright, fun, and sunny. What a versatile little yellow treat. Morning, noon, or night - there's always a recipe to use it in!

This dip or sauce (depending on how you use it) packs a punch with it's bold zip of flavors.  So few calories for so much taste.

A lot of feta sauces and dips out there are made with cups of mayo and/or cream cheese, this version is lightened up with the use of fat free plain greek yogurt. The perfect substitute option.

Use this sauce as a dip for fresh veggies or pita crisps, atop a salad, on sandwich, gyro or... what else? Well, I have the absolute perfect recipe match for this sauce coming tomorrow. Promise.

The Skinny:
 
Servings: 8 • Size: 2 Tbsp. • Calories: 42.9 • Fat: 2.3 g • Carb: 1.5 g • Fiber: 0.1 g • Protein: 4.5 g • Sugar: 0.9 g • Sodium: 194.7 mg

Ingredients:
6 Oz. Reduced Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 C. Reduced Fat Feta Crumbles
1 Tbsp. Light Mayo
1 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Tsp. Thyme
1/8 Tsp. Rosemary
1/2 Lemon Zest
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl together. Cover and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
