A fun and tasty hack to make 'queso' that's not really queso at all with just a few ingredients and a couple of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 C. Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk (If needed.)

Instructions

  1. Place the 1 C. Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese, 1/4 C. Nutritional Yeast, and 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning into a blender, food processor, or the cup of an immersion blender. Puree down until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add some unsweetened almond milk if needed to thin and reach the desired cheesy consistency.
