A breakfast casserole that's made with crescent rolls, turkey, and cheese which is baked up in an egg mixture to soak up all the breakfast goodness.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. Deli Turkey, Chopped
  • 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Gouda
  • 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 (8 Oz.) Tube Reduced Fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 3 Whole Large Eggs
  • 3/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat an 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
  2. Place the 8 Oz. Deli Turkey, 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Gouda, 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese, 1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard, 1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire, 1 1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar, and 1/8 Tsp. Onion Powder into a bowl and stir together until well combined; set aside as well.
  3. Set out the Reduced Fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls and divide the turkey and cheese mixture evenly among them. Spread the mixture over the crescent and then roll it up.
  4. Place each into the prepared baking dish; set aside.
  5. In the same bowl you mixed the turkey and cheese in, beat together the 3 Whole Large Eggs and 3/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk.
  6. Pour the egg mixture in the dish with the crescents and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  7. Place the dish into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until the egg is set.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and slice to enjoy right away.
