Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas

Looking for a tasty sticky-snack that’s quick and easy to make? Well, look no further. These Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas are perfect to have on hand. They’re gluten free and vegetarian too! Plus they take hardly any effort to make and have a big bold POP of flavor. The air fryer perfectly cooks them up so that they’re just a little soft on the inside and have a crispy cheese crunch on the outside.

For these Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas, I used my own homemade seasoning blend and some parmesan cheese. Yep, really that’s all you need to make these other than a little bit of oil. Just 4 ingredients to a healthy snack that anyone can enjoy.

Being as these have so few ingredients, there isn’t really much you can do to make them any more health conscious than they already are. The parmesan and the herb blend are really what make these chickpeas stand out. When I say they pack a punch of flavor, I mean it!

These can be made ahead and snacked on over a few days. Though I would probably suggest keeping them stored in the fridge if you don’t eat them all in one go. They do loose just a little bit of their crunch if not eaten on the same day too.

Garlic Parmesan Air Fried Chickpeas

Crispy garlic and parmesan covered chickpeas that are perfect for snacking and having as grab-and-go snack!

Ingredients

  • 14.5 Oz. Can Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the 14.5 Oz. chickpeas.
  2. Place the chickpeas and the 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning, and 4 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan together in a ziplock.
  3. Shake to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  4. Transfer the chickpeas to the base of the air fryer and set to cook at 370 degrees F. for 7 minutes.
  5. Give them a toss and set to cook for another 7 minutes.
  6. Once done remove from the air fryer basked and allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
