Built with a luscious blend of Greek yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix and a touch of sweetness, each cheesecake is layered atop a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Whether topped with fresh berries, a drizzle of dark chocolate, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts, these individual cheesecakes are perfect for parties or a simple weeknight treat. No baking, no fuss, just pure deliciousness that’s as good for your taste buds as it is for your waistline!

These delightful little Individual No Bake Cheesecakes can be made up to a few days in advance and left covered to chill in the fridge until ready to enjoy. They’re great as dessert or even as a small indulgence for lunch. I like to top mine with fresh fruit. but pie filling or really any other cheesecake topping would be great here.

Built with a luscious blend of Greek yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix and a touch of sweetness, each cheesecake is layered atop a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 Tsp. Natural Sweetener (Stevia, Monk, Etc.)
  • 1 (5.3 Oz. Container) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • Optional Toppings: Pie filling of choice, fresh fruit, chocolate, etc.

Instructions

  1. Place the 1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs and 1/2 Tsp. Natural Sweetener into the bottom of a small bowl.
  2. Open the container of Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt and add in the 1 Tbsp. Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix. Stir to combine. The mixture will be thick.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the bowl over the graham cracker mix and smooth it out on top.
  4. Top with any desired fruit or other favorite cheesecake topping and enjoy!
