Ingredients

  • 10 Oz. Slaw/Veggie Mix
  • 10 Oz. Asparagus
  • 5 Oz. Baby Romaine Mix
  • 2 Oz. Microgreens/Sprouts
  • 1 Shredded Zucchini
  • 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Small Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Diced Jalapeno
  • 3/4 C. Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Walnuts
  • 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Lemon cut into Wedges

Instructions

  1. Toss the 10 Oz. Slaw/Veggie Mix, 10 Oz. Asparagus, 5 Oz. Baby Romaine Mix, 2 Oz. Microgreens/Sprouts, 1 Shredded Zucchini, 1 Chopped Bell Pepper, 1 Small Chopped Red Onion, 1 Diced Jalapeno, 3/4 C. Fresh Blueberries, 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Walnuts, and 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Blue Cheese Crumbles together in a large bowl. Divide evenly among bowls or airtight containers.
