Spring Vegetable Crudités Plate

To go along with my Skinny Whipped Feta Dip from yesterday, I decided to make a beautiful plate of Spring veggies! The plate is half Spring inspired and half Mediterranean inspired to go along with the feta dip. Along with the other disable bits, there’s some olives and capers on the plate too.

The plate of Crudités starts off with the Skinny Whipped Feta Dip. Then there’s plenty of slices zucchini, salami, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, berries, and of course… olives and capers! I’ve made my fair share of plates, trays, and other sorts of sharable appetizers before. But, I have to say that this Spring Vegetable Crudités Plate is well balanced and one of my new faves!

This fun little plate is a perfect appetizer for any Spring gathering. And it couldn’t be more easy to toss it all together. One of my favorite things to do was to scoop some of the dip up on a zucchini and then add another tasty piece of tomato or capers on top of that for one perfect bite of deliciousness.

That’s the best part about this appetizer plate, you get to pick and choose your didpables and dunkables into that amazing feta dip. And just to put this out there, this tray makes the perfect pairing for a ‘wine and cheese’ night.

I love light snackable and sharable appetizers like this. I had everything sliced and prepared ahead of time so that all I had to do was arrange on a plate, sit, and enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 1 Medium Zucchini, Sliced Thin
• 9 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
• 1/2 C. Mixed Olives
• 1/2 C. Fresh Black Berries
• 1 Tbsp. Capers
• 1/4 C. Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
• 1 1/2 Oz. Hard Salami
• 1/2 Batch Skinny Whipped Feta Dip

Directions:
No directions here really! Just plate everything as desired and enjoy!
