We all know that summer is all about cook outs and block parties. Of course, here in Texas, we have to get out there early in the day or wait until the sun is starting to set to have a more enjoyable temperature. Cheese is my Achilles' heel, there is no question about that. I've come to the conclusion that it is one thing that I am unwilling and unable to rid from my diet. I honestly think that if it were an option, I would live on the stuff.
