It’s H.O.T. Hot. It’s the long stretch here at the end of Summer and I can’t wait to get to the other end of it when we hopefully roll into the cooler weather of Fall. With it being the heat of the Summer, I’m still in avoiding-the-oven mode for the most part. But, that being said, I haven’t made any fresh homemade bread in a while and my bread machine was starting to collect dust. We can’t have that!
So I busted my bread machine out and decided to make a savory flavorful bread to have on hand for lunches this week. This Jalapeño Cheddar Bread Machine Bread is super easy to make since the bread machine does literally almost all of the work for you. The mixing, the kneading, the baking - yep… all of it…

So after the chaos of the last few days, it was nice to get to have some time this morning to make some breakfast.
After making my Blooming Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas, I decided that I should try the same idea with breakfast instead. So here you have this Blooming Breakfast Quesadilla Ring! It’s a fun and easy way to make breakfast quesadillas for the whole family!…

Homemade pizza rolls? Uhm, yes please! When I was a kid, one of my favorite things was pizza rolls. I mean, who doesn’t like little popable bites of pizza goodness? With deciding to have a ‘snack’ food dinner this week, I thought I’d try my hand at making some pizza rolls in the air-fryer. Not just any pizza rolls though, homemade ones!
These Air-Fryer Homemade Pizza Rolls are DELISH and even better than their frozen pre-made brethren. And the best part is that you get to decide what goes into them. Today I went with pepperoni and cheese, simple enough, but you could definitely go with sausage, or any other sort of cheese or meat that you like on your pizza. Veggies are another option too!…

Read MoreBaked Buratta
Let me tell you guys something. I love cheese. It is my weakness. Not ice cream, or cookies, or cake - but cheese. Glorious cheese in just about any form. Sharp, sliced, shredded, fresh, soft, hard, crumbled. Any of it. All of it. I haven’t met a cheese that I don’t like, and I’ve never tried buratta before even though I’ve always wanted to.
Buratta is a pretty cool cheese. It’s basically a creamy spreadable cheese tucked away inside a skin of fresh mozzarella. So when you cut into it, the creamy cheese oozes out and it’s so so good. I didn’t want to have it just all on it’s own, so I decided to make this Baked Buratta. The name is sort of a lie since the buratta itself isn’t baked…
