Who doesn’t like a fun take on breakfast? These Air Fryer Breakfast Egg Rolls are all your favorite parts of breakfast rolled up and air fried to perfection. Bacon, sausage, egg, cheese - like I said, all the things you know and love about breakfast in one bite! Breakfast Waffledilla

Look, I don’t know - I love my waffle maker and I am always trying to come up with new and fun ways to use it that aren’t just standard waffles. This Breakfast Waffledilla is definitely that. It combines all the best parts of a breakfast quesadilla and stuffs it into waffle form. That’s right, this is full of bacon, egg, and cheese goodness and only takes a few minutes of hands on time.

I added some jalapeños to mine, but some fresh pico would be another good addition. There were really only a few things I could do to this to keep it lightened up, and that mostly involved the tortillas. Maple & Bourbon Banana Bread

Why make standard plain jane banana bread when you can have this Maple & Bourbon Banana Bread? I took a standard banana bread and pretty much healthified it by subbing out the brown sugar for a brown sugar blend. I also used a greek yogurt in place of any sour cream. Other than that? I added in some pecans, bourbon, and maple syrup for the flavor.

My maple syrup was bourbon aged too, which gave me extra bourbon flavor. And once it was all done and still warm? I poured just a little bit more of the maple syrup on top to let it soak into the bread. More flavor. More maple. More moisture. More sweetness!…
