Burger Smash Tacos

Burger meat cooked right on the tortilla then topped with cheese and other burger goodness while the other side crisps to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 8 Small Keto Friendly Tortillas (30 Cal. Each)
  • 1/2 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 8 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
  • 1/2 C. Sliced Dill Pickles
  • 2 C. Chopped Lettuce
Special Sauce
  • 1/2 C. Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill Relish
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the 1/2 C. Mayonnaise, 1/4 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbsp. Ketchup, 1 Tbsp. Dill Relish, 1/2 Tsp. Vinegar, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and divide the meat evenly among the tortillas. Press the meat into one side of the tortilla into a thin even later.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, lightly coat it with nonstick spray and place it meat side down to cook to brown. (Mine took about 5 minutes.)
  4. When done, carefully flip to brown the outside.
  5. While browning, top the cooked beef with 1 Slice Fat Free American Cheese, 1 Tbsp. Sliced Dill Pickles, and 1/4 C. Chopped Lettuce.
  6. Drizzle with some of the 'secret sauce'.
  7. Remove from the heat and fold to enjoy right away!
  8. Rinse and repeat for the remaining tacos.
