Spice up your next gathering with this Easy Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip! Creamy, cheesy, and packed with that classic buffalo flavor, this crowd-pleasing appetizer is a surefire hit. Just mix, bake, and serve with your favorite dippers for a dish that will have everyone coming back for more. Perfect for game day, parties, or any time you're craving a little kick in your snack spread. Give it a try and watch it disappear in minutes!

Serve it up with veggie chips, fresh veggies, crackers, or any other dipper or scoop you prefer. I topped mine off with a little more buffalo sauce and some fresh chopped green onions.

I like to use leftover dip (if there is any) to make buffalo chicken nachos or buffalo chicken taquitos. This time around the leftovers are going to nachos! This dip can be made ahead and it reheats well too. Another warm up in the oven or the microwave and you’ve got dips ready to go again.

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, Divided
  • 1 1/2 C. Cooked & Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 C. Blue Cheese Crumbles, Divided
  • 5.3 Oz. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 C. Buffalo Hot Sauce (Frank's or other.)
  • 1 (1 Oz.) Pkg. Ranch Dip/Dressing Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the 8 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese, 1 C. of the Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, 1 1/2 C. Cooked & Shredded Chicken Breast, 1/4 C. Blue Cheese Crumbles, 5.3 Oz. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1/4 C. Buffalo Hot Sauce (Frank's or other.), and 1 (1 Oz.) Pkg. Ranch Dip/Dressing Mix into a medium bowl and mix together until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven safe bowl or dish.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 C. of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and 1/4 C. Blue Cheese Crumbles.
  5. Place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes or until heated through and the cheese on top is melted and browned slightly.
  6. Serve right away with your choice of dippers to enjoy!
