Blended to creamy perfection and baked to golden goodness, these oats are sweetened naturally and spiced just right to evoke memories of holiday cheer.

Ingredients

Maple Pecan Oats
  • 1 C. Dry Uncooked Quick Oats
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/8 Tsp. Salt
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Ground Cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of two ramekin dishes with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
  2. Blend together the 1 C. Dry Uncooked Quick Oats, 1 Whole Banana, 1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk, 2 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener, 1 Tbsp. Molasses, 1 Tsp. Baking Soda, 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger, 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1 Tsp. Vanilla, 1/8 Tsp. Salt, Pinch of Nutmeg, and Pinch of Ground Cloves in a blender, food processor, or in a cup with an immersion blender.
  3. Place them in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Once the oats are done, remove them from the oven and top with the cream cheese sauce divided evenly to enjoy right away or store in the fridge for 3-5 days to reheat and enjoy later!
