With layers of creamy cheesecake, nutty peanut butter, tangy berry goodness, and a satisfying crunch, these No Bake Individual PB&J Cheesecake Parfaits will become your go-to for a quick dessert or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.3 Oz.) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 Tbsp. PB2 Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Jam, Jelly or Fruit Preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • Optional Toppings: PB&J Pretzel Crumbs, Fresh Fruit, Peanuts, etc.

Instructions

  1. Mix the 1 (5.3 Oz.) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbsp. Cheesecake Filling, and 1 Tbsp. PB2 Powder together until well combined.
  2. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a cup or bowl for serving.
  3. Top with the 1 Tbsp. Jam, Jelly or Fruit Preserves, 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter, and any optional toppings desired.
