Creamy cottage cheese blended with smooth peanut butter, topped with sweet and tangy strawberry jam and a sprinkle of fresh strawberries. This fluffy concoction is perfect for breakfast, snack time, or even a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener
  • 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Strawberry Jelly/Jam
  • 1 C. Diced Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place the 1 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese and 3 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter into a blender or food processor, or use the cup of an immersion blender.
  2. Add in the 1 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener and 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide evenly among two bowls and top with the 2 Tbsp. Strawberry Jelly/Jam and 1 C. Diced Strawberries divided evenly to enjoy right away!
