Ingredients
- 2 Whole Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Stracciatella or Burrata Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Crack the two eggs into the ramekin and add in the 2 Tbsp. Stracciatella or Burrata Cheese and 1 Tbsp. Chopped Sun-dried Tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper.
