- 1 Lb. Vegetarian Ground 'Beef'
- 2 Tbsp. Salt-Free Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 C. Salsa
- 1 (15 Oz.) Can Salt-Free Black Beans
- 6 C. Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Large Roma Tomato, Diced
- 1/4 C. Shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 C. Salsa/Picante/Pico De Gallo
- Drizzle Creamy Jalapeno
Instructions
- Place the 1 Lb. Vegetarian Ground 'Beef' into a medium to large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the 2 Tbsp. Salt-Free Taco Seasoning and 1/4 C. Salsa. Cook to brown.
