Dive fork-first into this vibrant Vegetarian Taco Bowl that’s bursting with bold flavors, hearty textures, and guilt-free goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Vegetarian Ground 'Beef'
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt-Free Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 C. Salsa
  • 1 (15 Oz.) Can Salt-Free Black Beans
  • 6 C. Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Large Roma Tomato, Diced
  • 1/4 C. Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/4 C. Salsa/Picante/Pico De Gallo
  • Drizzle Creamy Jalapeno

Instructions

  1. Place the 1 Lb. Vegetarian Ground 'Beef' into a medium to large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the 2 Tbsp. Salt-Free Taco Seasoning and 1/4 C. Salsa. Cook to brown.
  2. Add in the 1 (15 Oz.) Can Salt-Free Black Beans.
  3. Divide the 6 C. Shredded Lettuce evenly among some bowls.
  4. Top with the bean and 'meat' mixture divided evenly.
  5. Then add on your other toppings, the 1 Large Roma Tomato, 1/4 C. Shredded Cheddar, 1/4 C. Salsa/Picante/Pico De Gallo, and a Drizzle Creamy Jalapeño if you're feeling it.
