Why Pistachio Chocolate Chip Blondies?

The Skinny Twist Options
Flour: Using whole wheat or almond flour adds fiber and a nutty depth.
Sweetener: Maple syrup or coconut sugar keeps it natural and less processed.
Butter alternative: Coconut oil or a small amount of grass-fed butter for healthy fats.
Add-ins: Toasted pistachios and bittersweet chocolate chips give texture and flavor complexity.
